0.75mm HDPE Impermeable Geomembrane Liner

1. This anti-seepage material has excellent waterproof performance and has a nearly complete anti-seepage effect. Its anti-seepage performance far exceeds that of traditional clay-based anti-seepage materials.

2. In terms of physical and mechanical properties, the product exhibits excellent tear and puncture resistance, and can effectively deal with impurities such as stones and tree roots in the base layer (it is recommended to select an appropriate thickness according to actual working conditions to obtain better durability).

3. In terms of chemical stability, the material has good tolerance to common chemical media such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oils, and can be used stably for a long time in complex chemical environments.

Product Details

Introduction

0.75 MM HDPE Impermeable Geomembrane Liner is an economical, lightweight, highly flexible anti-seepage liner made of high-density polyethylene with a thickness of 0.75 mm. While maintaining the excellent chemical stability and intrinsic impermeability of HDPE, it has the advantages of low cost, light weight and good flexibility due to its thin thickness, but it also means that its mechanical strength (puncture resistance and tear resistance) is relatively low, and the requirements for construction environment and foundation protection are more stringent.

Features

1. Excellent anti-seepage performance

2. Super durability and environmental tolerance

3. Excellent mechanical properties

4. Construction friendliness and engineering adaptability

5. Safe and environmentally friendly characteristics

Application

1. Environmental engineering:

  • Temporary covering film under the cover layer (such as temporary closed garbage dump).

  • Temporary leachate or rainwater collection pool.

  • Liners for temporary storage areas of low-risk waste.

  • Evaporation ponds (liquid containing no sharp objects, low sedimentation risk).

2. Water conservancy projects:

  • Seepage prevention of small landscape water bodies, artificial streams, and fountain pools.

  • Irrigation ditch lining with gentle slope, good foundation, and no sharp objects.

  • Small reservoirs/rainwater collection pools above the groundwater level and with stable foundation.

3. Aquaculture:

  • Liners for fish ponds and shrimp ponds (make sure the bottom of the pond is flat and free of sharp stones, shellfish, etc., and consider the damage that may be caused by organisms such as crabs).

4. Agriculture:

  • Membrane covering biogas tanks (pay attention to gas pressure).

  • Liquid fertilizer storage tanks (low corrosiveness).

5. Construction engineering:

  • Secondary waterproofing layer or root barrier layer of roof gardens and planted roofs (usually with a protective layer and planting soil on top).

  • Basement moisture barrier (needs to be combined with other waterproofing measures).

6. Mining/Industry:

  • Solution storage tank with high requirements for anti-seepage but low requirements for mechanical strength (mild environment, no risk of crushing by heavy equipment).

Considerations and precautions before choosing 0.75mm HDPE Impermeable Geomembrane Liner

1. Cost-sensitive projects: The primary advantage is economical.

2. Light-load, non-critical applications: Suitable for applications without heavy machinery rolling, sharp objects or stones, no significant settlement risk, and no highly corrosive or high-pressure liquids.

3. Good foundation conditions: Extremely critical! The laying base must be very flat, compacted, and free of tree roots, stones, sharp objects, etc. Geotextile is usually required as a protective layer.

4. Standard construction: High welding quality requirements, any holes or weld defects will lead to failure. Extra care should be taken during handling and laying to avoid punctures or scratches.

5. Design life: Under suitable environment and standard construction, 0.75mm HDPE membrane can also achieve a long service life, but the expected life is usually lower than that of thicker membranes under the same conditions (especially in exposed or stressful environments).
