Introduction
Haoyang Single Textured Geomembrane Liner is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane with a special rough texture on one side. The rough surface is formed with evenly distributed raised particles through an injection process (such as nitrogen spraying, embossing or chemical treatment), and the other side remains smooth.
Key Features
1. Single-sided high-friction rough surface, formed by nitrogen spraying or mechanical embossing process, has a significantly higher friction coefficient than the smooth surface, and is suitable for engineering scenarios that require anti-slip (such as slopes, tailings ponds).
2. Using the injection point process, compared with the traditional sand surface layer, the injection point rough surface is more uniform, not easy to fall off, and does not damage the strength of the geomembrane.
3. It has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, acid, alkali, oil, salt and organic solvent resistance.
4. High tensile strength, excellent puncture resistance, low permeability, ensuring anti-seepage reliability.
5. Adapt to various projects, the rough surface facing up can be used to combine with geotextiles, geogrids or covering soil to enhance interface friction; the smooth surface facing down can directly contact the foundation or support layer, which is convenient for welding construction.
