Haoyang Environmental Technology Won the DCMM Level 2 Certification: Digital Transformation Entered a New Stage

Since being selected as a pilot enterprise for the national Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model (DCMM) in October 2024, Haoyang Environmental Technology has made significant progress in the field of data governance. After strict review by the China Electronics Information Industry Federation, the company recently officially obtained the DCMM Party A Management Level (Level 2) certification, indicating that its data management system construction has entered the leading echelon of the industry.

As one of the first companies in the environmental protection industry to pass the DCMM (Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model) Level 2 certification, Haoyang Environment's digital transformation practices have set an industry benchmark. By establishing a special data governance committee, the company has systematically built a full life cycle management system covering data standard formulation, quality control and security protection, focusing on promoting three strategic initiatives: organizational structure innovation, business process reengineering and technology system empowerment.

As the first national standard in my country's data management field, DCMM's Level 2 certification indicates that the company has established an institutionalized and process-based data management mechanism, achieving a leap from decentralized management to systematic governance. According to statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, by the end of 2024, the proportion of companies in the national environmental protection industry that have passed Level 2 and above certification is less than 5%. Haoyang Environment's breakthrough not only highlights its leading position in data governance capabilities, but also leads the industry's standardized development process.
